Light Art Symposium: Light Art Building the Public Scene
As part of Lux Helsinki, the international light art symposium at Kiasma brings together artists, curators, researchers, and cultural practitioners to explore how light art shapes and transforms the public sphere. The symposium addresses light as a medium of contemporary art, its role in creating shared experiences, and its impact on urban environments and communities. Through lectures, discussions, and case studies, participants will reflect on the ways light art builds connections between art, audiences, and public space.
